Shashin is the driving force behind the strategy, business and operations of OSSCube in UK and its extended footprint in continental Europe. He is a creative and influential leader with 30+ years of experience in delivering business-aligned technology strategies, architectures and systems across a diverse range of industries and markets. Shashin has worked in senior positions at Logica, Deloitte and Andersen and specialises in Enterprise Architecture and Open Source software for the enterprise. In 2005, Shashin moved on from his position of Director with Deloitte’s Technology Consulting practices and setup his first entrepreneurial venture ‘One Point Consulting’ and became the key mover in bringing OSSCube to UK.

Lavanya is the Cofounder of OSSCube and is responsible for its global business strategy and market development initiatives. He is credited with being the architect of OSSCube’s global incubation, delivery model and integrated value chain capabilities. He is a Serial entrepreneur and management thought leader with experience and successful track record spanning Product Start-ups, IT Consulting, Education Research & Development and Investment Banking. Prior to co-creating OSSCube, Lavanya was the key mover in setting up the Technology Consulting Practice of SCG which went on to be scaled up as Leading IT Services company with a market foot print across 24 countries. He has been often sought out and served to the boards, committees & initiatives of leading industry bodies like Advance Computing Society, AGBA, ICCBN, NASSCOM, etc. and has been often invited as a keynote speaker at many international conferences. He has more than a dozen research publications to his credit and continues to serve on the editorial board of International Journals.

Lavanya received the ‘Emerging Technology Leader Award’ (VO, 2002) and ‘Distinguished Young Entrepreneur Award’ (AGBA, 2009). He is also very passionate about nonprofit work and serves on the board of a Global Non Profit Organization, devoting significant amount of his time and talent to supporting projects across USA, India, Africa & South America and leading CSR initiatives for OSSCube. A prolific reader, equally at home in designing global strategy and application architectures, Lavanya is passionate about Leadership Development across the ranks of OSSCube, and often referred to as the ‘Chief Mentor’ of OSSCube Team.

Vineet is a CoFounder of OSSCube and responsible for its global alliances and business relations. He has been the principal architect of many successful partnerships that OSSCube has built with open source technologies leaders like Zend, MySQL, EDB, SugarCRM, Acquia, etc. to name a few. As a Serial Entrepreneur and Open Source evangelist, prior to co-creating OSSCube, Vineet co-founded one of the earliest Full Service Internet Companies back in the days of the ‘Shell accounts’ that went on to acquire a market footprint across 24 countries and several fortune 1000 accounts. He also has the credit of being one of the earliest minds and architects of the Open Source Product story as the principal architect of an award winning open source eCRM solution that acquired 2.5Mn+ active users across the world.

As a business leader he is highly respected for his sharp analytical abilities, challenging conventional thinking and innovative marketing strategies. He is passionate about Innovation and Customer Service excellence and can be seen eagerly engaging the young talents of OSSCube across its global locations. He has been the proud recipient of Distinguished Business Leader Award (SCG, 2002) and Entrepreneurial King Ship Award (VO, 2009). Vineet is a prolific reader and has the penchant to distil his learning into companywide best practices implementation that he has over the years consistently led with great success. He is also often referred to as the Chief innovator at OSSCube.
